Friday, June 27th 2025 was our last day as a US Cellular Agent dealer. After serving as our community's local cell phone store for so long, we understand how big of a change this is. We are no longer able to process many of your payments at our store (postpaid/contract accounts can be processed through our CheckFreePay payment system, but we cannot acces any account info). Payments can be made in person at the Fortuna or Eureka US Cellular locations, our with a credit or debit card using their apps, on their website www.uscellular.com. , or by calling customer service at 611 or 888-944-9400.
We can credit the prepaid accounts of the main cellular providers through one of our third party payment systems. This means that the money is credited directly to your account with out having to input a PIN. We can accept cash or credit card payments for Vreizon, AT&T, TMobile, and Boost Mobile.
Through our other payment service we are able to accept cash payments for US Cellular, Verizon, AT&T, and Tmobile contract accounts. These payments typically have a convenience fee of $2.50-$3.00.
