We sell SIM cards for US Cellular phones and devices. US Cellular towers use CDMA technology and this isn't compatible with all phones. And although many of the newer high-end phones are capable of using both CDMA and GSM, even then it's not as simple as swapping SIM cards. This is because the ESN and SIM on your account need to match the device you're using or trying to use. And that's not mentioning the fact that your phone may not be compatible with US Cellular. The only accounts that we have access to are US Cellular. We use several different third-party systems to post your payments to the companies that provide your services, and neither those systems or us work for those companies, and they won't (and rightly shouldn't) let just anyone access your accounts. So if you're asking for information on any account other than US Cellular, be it a utility or another cellular provider, the answer is no.
The answer is pretty much no. While we are capable of helping customers troubleshoot a lot of problems, and occasionally providing minor repairs or easy fixes, we do not have the ability to do major repairs. For computer repair we refer customers to Emerald Technologies here in Garberville, and for phone repairs we recommend Advanced Cellular in Fortuna, Eureka, and Arcata.
