Tracfones use prepaid minute bundles. We carry a small selection of prepaid phones that use Verizon towers, as well as the airtime cards, and will activate the phone for you.
An alternative to Tracfone, Net10 offers plans similar to traditional cell phone providers, with unlimited talk and text and varying amounts of high speed data. While we no longer carry the phones, we do still carry the airtime cards.
Although we have a lot of experience with Tracfone and Net10 due to years of selling and activating the phones for customers, we only have a limited ability to troubleshoot the devices. For many issues you will need to call their customer service number(1-800-867-7183).
As a payment center, we are able to process payments for MOST, but not all cellular providers. We cannot look up account information, balances, or make any changes to accounts unless you are a USCellular customer.
